Right now is a new year full of opportunities but it's also the time to change the
bad things you did last year. We are used to determine goals every year and this year I
really want to achieve them so that I feel proud of my self. My goals are: 1. I want to
learn to trust on myself, 2. I want to get better at accepting my mistakes and enjoy every
minute of my life. I will tell you how I plan to achieve this goals so that you feel
motivated to create your own.
Everyone should be able to trust themselves and be confident, however this is
not something easy to do. When you are confident you feel sure about everything you
do but it's more difficult than you think so. I can say that school makes you doubt about
yourself too, nor only for what you do but for what others are going to talk about you.
This year I will try to do what I think it's better for me because it will benefit me at the
end. This will make me feel better and will allow people to know the real me.
My second goal is to accept my mistakes. As you know, all of us are humans
and it's obviously that we will make mistakes throughout our life, ones more important
that others, but mistakes. You may also have heard that you learn from your mistakes
and it's really true. But there is another part for the mistakes and it's the acceptance.
This will make you a better person and will make you reflect better on what you did. My
friends will help me achieve this goal because I have asked them to tell me what I did
wrong so that I can correct it.
Finally I will enjoy every minute of my life and appreciate this valuable moments
because these ones are the ones that will make an impact and change your life. I don't
want to regret what I could have enjoyed while I was angry or mad or just arguing. I will
be more conscious about time and how to spend it. This way I will have more things to
remember and stories to tell. Not only I feel happy for challenging myself this year, but
also because I want to show myself and the ones I love that I am capable of doing what
I purpose myself. Now that I told you my New Year's goals and purposes I will like to
invite you to make up some if you haven't yet and then follow the way to finally
accomplish them.
